We were delighted with the service from Lory, Ethan and Josh at North City Electrical when we had our ducted heating/air conditioning system installed last week. They were totally professional and gave us confidence in the way they explained everything and took time with details such as painting one of the grilles to match the dark wooden ceiling in one of our rooms, and ensuring we were happy with the placement of the grilles before cutting the shapes in the ceilings.

At the conclusion of each day, the guys cleaned up immaculately and when all was finished Josh took time to lead us through installation of our phone apps to enable wifi operation. Evie, in the office, was very good to deal with and ensured we were offered a very cost effective and competitive price for our system.

Got quoted for a full house ducted aircon solution for a rather complex A frame house, Lory and Evie made the entire process smooth and easy to understand and their quote was far more competitive than competing quotes we had received.
